You can fix all these from one "shoot" ! How ? just download these two (dx and framework) and your problem will be solved / fixed.
1. Go to download folder, keep right mouse click 2 seconds and extract here
2. Enter in DX_Framework folder and install all from that folder
3. Restart your laptop / pc / ultabook
Done.

The program can't start because d3ddx11_42.dll is missing from your computer.
The program can't start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer.
