Fallout 4 Not working even with all vcredits installed ?

1. Try to run video game as administrator to fix this problem

(how ? keep 2 seconds right click on game executable and then select run as administrator from list)

2. Run as Administrator and issue is not solved ? download and update your directx and framework from here.
